This dessert is an exquisite symphony of chocolatey goodness, crafted entirely from wholesome plant-based ingredients. For the Banana Ice Cream:
Ripe bananas, frozen and sliced.
A touch of vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Brownies:
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
A pinch of salt
An Excalibar consists of Cashews, Almonds, Dates, Coconut oil, cocoa, and Salt.
For the Toppings:
Fresh Figs or raspberries
Creative garnishes of your choice (Shredded sweetened coconut, Dried mango slices)
Figure about 1 – 2 bananas per person – more if you want larger servings.
Honey as desired
Banana Ice Cream:
Begin by freezing ripe bananas, then slice them into rounds.
Combine the frozen banana slices with a hint of vanilla extract and add honey/maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture transforms into creamy ice cream. Set it aside.
Figure about 1 Excalibar per person – more if you want larger servings.
