  • 1 Excalibar Energy Bar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • One large egg

  • One tablespoon of all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:



  1. Combine the energy bar, milk, egg, flour, baking powder, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
