Pastry-Wrapped Stuffed Baked Apples

  1. 2 Excalibar energy bars

  2. 4 large apples (Honey Crisp apple and Pink Lady)

  3. 1/2 cup of oats

  4. 1/4 cup of honey

  5. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  6. A pinch of salt


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cut off the top of each apple and scoop out the core, leaving a well in the center.

  3. Crumble the Excalibar energy bars into small pieces.

  4. Combine the crumbled Excalibar energy bars, oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing dish.

  5. Stuff each apple with the mixture.

  6. Wrap the apples with the pastry sheets.

  7. Place the wrapped apples on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wrappers are golden brown.

  8. Allow to cool before serving.


Substitute pears for apples and use ice cream, honey, or maple syrup as toppings.
